My wife makes the best carrot pie!!

I know I know, some of you are saying: carrot pie?

I also almost couldn't believe it. Today when I arrived from work she gave me a piece and man!!!! I almost couldn't stop. After giving my neighbor, my dad, my partner and my mom a piece (the first day), this is what was left:

yup, I felt it like pie since it was sort of like juicy-fruity inside. But yup, it might be carrot cake.
