Probably refraction less noticable? I didn't check code right now, but probably means you see stuff a bit offset.
edit: Hm, clip-plane is not reset so _reflectionMap and _refrectionMap should be the same? So really not sure why it even uses 2 textures. Could just access same textures with 2 different coordinates in the shader. But maybe I'm missing something.
