Documentation of proyect with irrlicht

Hello, i am working in a big project with irrlicht. I have a server cvs, a server php ( for forums, etc) , M. Project and Rational Rose for UML.

I can document my project like the documentation of irrlicht, type of archive .chm, and documentation about my desing of UML and source code of each class

I need know the name of the program which irrlicht did documenting, for i do it same.

Can help me anyone?

How can i document my source code of my project? ( in archive .chm)

I heard Doxygen does a good job at documenting. Anyway this is what Irrlicht uses.
