Maybe I should know this, but when using OpenGL (1.2) does it restrict your fps to a certain amount when used with the engine?? :roll:

Are you talking about Vertical Sync?

That's one thing that limits FPS and both Open GL and DirectX have settings for turning it off and on.
Crud, how do I do this again?
