Vsync with Direct3D

Post by devil2k »

hi guys,
got a question
i know FPS can be capped with Vsync enabled in full screen
it can also be capped with Vsync enabled in window mode while running OpenGL
but is there a way to cap FPS in window mode while running Direct3D?

any suggestion would be appreciated ;)
thanks guys

No because every monitor is different, so the resolution could be 70 for mine, 40 for someone elses and 50 for someone else... You might be able to slow the game down enough to restrict the FPS, but this would be variable on the computer as well. In a one word answer no (i don't think so)...
