well. it would be cool to see ase format export, import in the irrlicht engine in the future. it exports every scene information. so it's many times better than all other file formats such as x. od md2 (ble :P). you can make whole levels in 3ds for example and export it directly to the irrlicht.

and second feature request are biped. its a cool max feature which make animation much easier. but biped is not bonas and hat different architecture. and have already inverse kinematic. it makes animation job much faster :)

third point. i hope you'll understand what i mean. and sorry for my bad english.

Yes, it would really be great if an ASE loader could be integrated into the next versions of Irrlicht! :D
I think it is a format that is not very hard to read, unfortunately I am no good C++ programmer so I can not implement it by myself.
Perhaps anybody has written such an loader already? I found a thread in the forum, but it is quite old and does not say if the project has been finished.

Yes, would be cool if someone would write such a loader. And I could add it into irrlicht like I did with the other loaders, if it is good and the author allows it.
