I tought that stuff like these are allowed here. I mean this forum is about games and all... Well if I did something wrong, very well I am sorry, delete the damn thing. But PLEASE do not ban me... yet
But victory on that game would help irrlicht a bit becouse I would advertise you on their forums and all (and that joke IS funny, believe me).

I can't see you getting banned for a thread that you clearly state is spam.
I think the major problem is in the timing.
I wasn't slamming you, so don't get upset. There may yet be some people here who would like to join you.

I'm definitely not a fan of referral threads, especially of the freeIpod/freeImac/FreeWhatever or conga line variety where money is involved.

Yes, I know they do work and some are backed by reputable companies.

The problem is the number of posts they generate. Since most forums pay for their own bandwidth, have to maintain a large set of users, etc... it's a lot of money and processing power being tossed into a void.
