Well, it may save some time for some of you. I think it is useful for debugging purposes as well as preparing special demos (physics, ai, etc.).
keless had an interesting speech at irc channel about how to avoid blurness by making the grid vectorial. Im just posting this solution as a "easy and quick way to set a grid", althought i should improve it some day.

Note it uses a flat plane as floor. A normal height map will work perfectly.
