dunno if it may help but here it goes; I've always used Lantis' particle editor, I think it's pretty neat, easy to use and produces nice cpp code that you may include in your app in no time.
I've always kept it in my tools that i uploaded sometime ago in a zip file here:
http://www.danielpatton.com/afecelis/files/Tools.zip
other tools like mview and guice are included
and It's the only particle editor I have achieved to get working under linux, so here's the modded source and makefile for linux as well:
http://www.danielpatton.com/afecelis/fi ... icleEd.zip
hope it helps
ps. The only thing I still haven't been able to use properly is the change in how to use particles since version 0.7 or 0.8 =(
Irrlicht Particle Editor
I wanted to thank you for hosting the tools.zip file. I have used all them except the mview tool so far. Had to update GUICE to the new version which in small ways is better.afecelis wrote:dunno if it may help but here it goes; I've always used Lantis' particle editor, I think it's pretty neat, easy to use and produces nice cpp code that you may include in your app in no time.
