I have seeing that the engine have a great support to Quake 3 environment, but i dont know what is the licence of this.

Can i make Q3 levels and distribute this with my game ??

and HeightMaps ??

There are some example of how to use Height Maps with irrlicht ??

Currently, there aren't any Quake 3 map compilers that do not require expensive licensing. There's a project that's working on one, but it's not fully functional yet.

At http://www.flipcode.com/tutorials/tut_q2levels.shtml under the topic "Legality " there is an comment, allegedly from id, which says:

"We do not legally protect the file formats, but you can't use any of the released tools, or tools derived from them (except the GPL'd Quake 1 tools) to generate content for a commercial venture. If you are writing everything yourself, no problem."

So I think it's ok, as long as you use only GPL'd Products or Priducts you wrote by yourself.
