Hi

I started to use irrlicht now and im loving it.

now im trying to use different font types. I have some questions:

1) How many font types do irrlicht support?
2) Does it support TTF?
3) If dont, does it suport other vectorial fonts?
4) Where i can get free font archives for irrlicht?

thanks for all help

The native font support for Irrlicht is via (preprocessed) bitmap fonts. There's a tool available to convert tools into the proper format. But there's also some Irrlicht extension which adds TTF support. You'll have to recompile Irrlicht for that, though.

hey.
upon looking through the folders b4 i found a neat program that changed fonts installed on your computer into bitmapped fonts, the tool came with irrlicht.

its in the ."/tools/IrrFontTool/...." folder, and also included is the source.

good luck.
