MS C++ 2005 on SP2

Is there any way to install Microsoft Visual C++ Express without ServicePack 2?
I have Windows Xp service pack1 but when I install service pack 2 my internet connection doesent work.
Pls help!

You didn't read the system requirements, did you?

check the panel on the right.

So you'll prolly have to figure out why your machine doesn't like sp2.

It's probably just a chipset dirver problem if it is imbedded in your mobo.
