Probably a long shot, but maybe someone could implement the Macromedia Flash Player to be able to play SWF animations within Irrlicht, for example an introduction screen or an in-game element?
I have some really cool ideas if this were to be used, and maybe an official Irrlicht splash screen for devs to throw into their projects? I plan to make one.
I would have a go at coding it myself, but my C++ skills are lets say, frightening and I'm more of a conceptual administrator, not a coding administrator.
And that hosting package is still up there to those who would like it!
Completely free I swear!

Here is the forum.
Any chance of .SWF playing capabilities?

There is already a public domain library for this. It's called gameswf and you can access it here: http://tulrich.com/geekstuff/gameswf.html
Hope this helps
