Anyone have sell a game? or know how to do that ?

The main problem is how to make the game known and how to get people to see it.

I completed my game:

demo download: http://www.evolutionvault.net/galactic_ ... s/demo.htm

And now comes the hard part: selling it.

If any one have done something like this before plz give me some hints.

Try looking at the indiegamer.com forums. They've got a lot of good posts on the different aspects of selling your game.

Activision Value seems to publish budget games. If your game is pumped up enough, maybe you could try it : http://www.activisionvalue.com/.

Try http://www.esellerate.net/. You can customize shop page to include in to your site, or include it in to your game. Also you dont need to pay for bandwidth (your game downloads). Here is prices list http://www.esellerate.net/pricing.asp.

"We'll start you out at our lowest pricing rate—just 10 percent of your yearly aggregate sales. The introductory rate will apply until your sales reach $15,000, when our standard pricing (no more than 15 percent) will begin. Your rate may vary over time, according to your sales volume."

One my friend is using it and is hapy :)

EDIT:
From FAQ:
Q: If needed, can I get more than the allocated 20MB of server space for my files?
A: Yes. If you find that you need more than the initial allocation of 20 MB of server space, contact your Account Executive and he/she will adjust your allocation to your specific needs. As a general rule, there are not any charges for additional server space, assuming you are actively selling across the platform. Individual file size cannot exceed 55 MB.

Maybe if your game is big you have to split install into several parts...

The main problem is to make a good game. If you make a good game people will see it, trust me.

If you want more info, this is the best source I know. Just search it:
