I NEED THE GAME PROGRAMMING GEMS 2 CD

Post by [dx/x]=HUNT3R »

Does anyone have a copy of Game Programming Gems 2? I do but my CD is cracked in half and I really really really need a copy of all the source code and any other files that deal with section 1.15 File Management Using Resource Files. The book does not discuss much about the topic and says to instead check out all the awesome source code on the CD. If you have this please please email me a copy to admin at Supa-G.com

I went to Barnes & Noble late last night and bought the book. I just cut open the CD case carefully with a razor and copied the CD, stuck it back in and glued the case back together, and now I'm going to go return it today to the store and get my money back. I would've sent in my broken copy and got a new one but that would take days or even weeks and I needed it now. The publisher should make the CD's available on a website...

Hunter, just search "game programming" on the mule :). The .zip's are pretty big, around 60mb GPG2-CD and more than 100mb for GPG2-CD+GPG1-CD.

Hope this helps.

Edit: didn't read carefully your second post XD.. sorry

BTW, I'm finishing a new version of my resource packing class. It's really cool, I'll post it here when I finish translating the docs to english. A Windows GUI ala WinZip will be included too.
