hunt down the water shaders effect...
and add it to irrlicht???

the reason why i added the last 2 things under advanced is because i wasnt sure how the topic was going to (you answering with 2 sentences or this big Oo topic with all this codes and junk) but thanks for your help

The source code is very readily available with a simple torrent or google search. That being said, Yes it would be 'possible' to hack in half lifes shaders. Though if you succeeded in emulating the half life two engine enough to work with its shader code, writing advanced shaders wouldent be much of a problem for you.
Long story short- No, if you dont have a few houndred hours to spare I doubt you will succeed.
