Hello.
I want to know what is the status of the Irrlicht.NET comparing with Irrilicht 1.0. What is not implemented yet and what can I do with Irrilicht.NET.
Do you consider that can I use Irrilicht.NET for a game like Mario 64? with many outdoor scenes and animation? is for my thesis, my degree work...
Thanks

IRR.NET status vs Irrlicht
Animation: not impossible - all problems will need to be solved art-side.
Outdoor Scenes: Stay away from "terrain", and you should be fine.
It can be a tough slog if you are using Irrlicht.Net, there are a lot of legacy issues, however, for .Net based engines there is little that can compete at this stage.
Some of the most glaring omissions in comparison to the unmanaged code are listed here, please add to the list if you find something, glaring or not - the list is far from complete.
