sorry but cant get [img] things to work :S

I am developing a simple FPS for windows mobile devices and i want to make use of the camera's on most of them :D

So i can wrap a players face around a model! cool!

*imagen on all the grey bits there is infact a good skin with hair etc :P

*fixed the super long arms now

I'm glad your excited, bu the model isn't very well done... Good start though I guess, I would have added more detail and a more 'human' shape... but whatever... nice going...

Maybe it's exceedingly low-poly for mobile :)

If you can handle it.. I'd suggest you use a side pic and a front pic - if you blend them togther correctly you can end up with a reasonable image even on an unreasonable shaped face. This may be out of the scope of your program though and put a large demand on the user's configuration skills.

If the face was mapped on via mobile cam capture, congrats ! If you cheated and used the modeller and a pc pic.. good luck, you've got some fun coming up.

It does look like you'll need to increase the poly's for skinning purposes though.
