I want to make SceneNode.

I want a magic Effect SceneNode like the painting of the downside.

It looks like you want some type of decal. A simple decal is just a billboard that is oriented so that its normal is parallel with the normal of the geometry it is drawn on. More complicated decals actually snap to the geometry and are not flat.

If you want something that is very big like in the image, you'll have to write the second type.

Whoops, I forgot about projected textures. Just do a google search. You should find everything you need.
