1. Don't expect anything great. There is a lot more to do to this game.
2. Wait about 4 seconds when running the game for the intro movie to load. It will loop. Press Enter to go to the main menu. Wait about ~15 seconds for the map to load.
3. Please read the HELP file (/help/help.chm) and the bug file (/extra/bugs.txt) as they contain all the needed informations.

Too bad I was forced to walk only, because there is no interaction with anything yet and that hurts a lot.
But it is really low poly world with nice texturing, if you add cars in there and some pedestrians even with some basic state AI it would really become alive.
Hope to see some updates soon
PS on 1.8 ghz Duron + 768 ram + fx 5200 128 mb works excellent, I didnt notice any fps drop anywhere.
Ok. I've implemented Newton for player collision with the map, and I noticed that the level loads faster ( with about 50% faster) if you use this method. I'll post the download link soon.

There are already a lot of different buildings which look nice and also the road and signs/trees look nice. I'm looking forward to the official final release!
I made a short trailer that shows a preview to v1.2 .
Before releasing the next version I want to make a scooter to drive around the town faster, and a short mission.

BTW seems you forgot to include OpenAL32.dll /80K/ in zip distribution
If newton needs many time for creating of collision for any level, suggest that newton support serilization. This can increase speed of loading.
