Why do it such compilicated ???
It's not necessary unless you have weapons with slow flying bullets like arrows or rockets...
But you have fast shooting weapons, don't you ???
(stick to them first)
So simply use the ray cast in the tutorial as bullet !!!
Look how the fearies are liten up when you look at them !!!
This way you can check for hitting an enemy when clicking mouse...
(for slow bullets you could use the ray for flying path...)
For the beginning don't think to complicated !!!
Stick to simple solutions and then expand your knowledge...
