And I update my irrlicht (1.1 version to 1.2), and all ok, all work, all buterful and super =)

You know what stable releases are good for? They fix bugs and help you to get more reliable functionality. So better use your time to grab the latest versions instead of whining in your post about lack of support. There were many helpful comments and it was obviously your fault for many reasons. Not only that you did not update, you even did not tell us about that fact.

And no, you don't need the alpha channel. Simply set the vertex colors of the four corners to the desired alpha value and you get the same effect even with jpg images. Learn about the possibilities your software offers to you!

It work only on Directx3d9 =((
On Directx3d8 and OpenGL(!) it not work! =((
And I can't run my app, making on mingw. Only MSVC++7.0... =(((
