http://goultimatehosting.com/ myself and pay about $50 a year, they claim it's unlimited but I wouldn't trust Irrlicht's forums to a company that isn't well established or come with gleaming reviews from other heavy users.

I can even provide my services in helping to migrate from SMF to phpBB, there are converters that do this for you, user database and all, it's very easy. I did it with Irrspintz forums, which granted were much smaller, but it'd definitely possible.
