Ok!
This is confusing, I changed between different formats, and also re-exported everything through irrEdit, it still didn't work.
But then I changed Units in 3dStudioMax and *bam* I got different behavior of the collision bounding box, so the one fitting the best is some International units (but it's still kind of wrong, model's feet are below the mesh).
How measuring units can affect collision bounding box? Strange.
