Hey, good correction , but save the agressive tone for yourself.
btw, I heard of some other bsp compilers(there was one at sf.net, one project there, which claimed to be totally independent, but author stopped working on it slowly...Another one more... from a gl coder, OpenBSP, was called, I think...wether that, or that other one more: getic3D(probably made custom bsp) are usable, dunno, really , I don't have such an strong interest on anything related to BSPs... )...just can't remember the names...There doesn't exist that "danger" you mention with me, I've never been interested in BSPs, as an artist. they're freaking restricting anyway, levels these days demand a heck of a lot more stuff than they allow... And anyway, the editors available, provided by those companies, or the ones made by users, certainly their far away from what I'd prefer to have as an editor.
And I know well how much better it can be doing levels in a 3d powerful package than using any of those level editors: worked in game companies, and frankly, thousand times better to use your max, having really very few limits, as coders implemented whatever the needed thing in c++ or maxscript to port virtually anything to the game...seamlessly.
BSP Factory released !!!
Finally making games again!
