Sounds good. It works with the game.
After watching your other video, I started to think about your stars. You could make the stars give you points. And for every checkpoint you cross while in the lead, you get points. Then at the end of the race, you can "unlock" better features - such as a faster ball, faster respawn time, etc - using these points. I don't know if you want to add that to the game, but it's just an idea.

Adding some achievements is certainly not a bad idea, I'll have to think about it. Long-term goal is to make it a Facebook game so some collection of achievements needs to be implemented anyways

I have just uploaded a bugfix version of "Stunt Marble Racers 2" to https://www.dustbin-online.de/. During my shader-rework I introduced an error to the splitscreen mode (2 and 3 players) which is now fixed (see images). I hope you can now enjoy the splitscreen mode.

I have uploaded a new version to https://www.dustbin-online.de/: now all communication with the server for ghosts (search / download / upload) is done with HTTPS. As I'm using my own HTTP implementation it wasn't difficult once I got OpenSSL running . I also fixed a crash in the "Replay Race" mode.

Just a last small update before christmas (https://www.dustbin-online.de): modified the menu UI so that elements get focused when hovered, fixed the sound preload function and modified the splash screen. Hope you like it

I have uploaded a new version of Stunt Marble Racers 2 to https://www.dustbin-online.de/: now you need to authenticate via facebook to upload a ghost. Imho better than writing my own authentication backend.You can login in the start screen or when uploading a ghost. It's still WIP (e.g. the application is not yet approved by Facebook) but I hope that someone beats the default ghosts I have uploaded today (no authentication necessary to download ghosts though).

It's fun, I like it. got 16seconds on one of my laps on the first map. Hit the publish button, when I noticed it brought up a facebook login I closed the browser and went back to the game to see it had crashed :(

Yes, I know that problem. I hope I can resolve it next weekend. At the moment I'm stuck in my daytime work so I don't think I'll be able to do something before the end of the week. Maybe I should add some imformation that you need to be authenticated through facebook if you want to upload a ghost.

Possibly provide google account signin? I personally don't have a facebook account ;)
