oma, are you seen metal gear solid 4 ? or kill zone 2 ? do you know what type of shaders they use ?? bump mapping? per-pixel?? whose ? (they are very very realist )
and ...Are you know any book ot tutorials about those shader of last-generation?
what graphics card i need for i can use shader 3.0 ?
Those pictures and movies are pre-rendered. That means NO SHADERS used whatsoever.
Anyways, as far as I know, the R420 series (x800), doesn't have pixel shader 3.0 support, so If you really want it, go with a nvidia NV40 chip (GeForce 6800).
i think we dont xploit the possibilities of irrlicht, because, we have a little information and tutorials abouts "shaders". Irrlicht do what the use of shader is very easy , but we dont have very much examples
I think "shaders" can look very very nice our projects, but we dont use it
i would like learn about last-generation shaders, but i dont know how
If anyone can help us in this , it woulb be good for all, and for irrlicht too, i think
here is a link http://mujweb.cz/www/johns/ where I public some stuff , my username is "johns" and I will give you also the password, but don't want to write it into the forum you know

what do u think?
I gave it a look with a high brightness LCD screen. I don't know if it's the screen's fault, but what's the difference between the pics?!?! I see none at all.
