Pixel editing tool

Post by AticAtac »

I am looking for a free and simple to use graphics editing program.
It should support pixel-manipulation and alpha-channel (TGA or PNG).
It also should be easy to install (no admin-rights!).
I don't need many "fancy" features like filters, etc.

Thx for the link.
One of the reason i also posted here was if someone can "recommend" one of those editors regarding the features i need.

I am getting closer ;)

X Paint.net requires admin-rights for install
X VCW VicMan's Photo Editor has no Alpha-channel support
