There is a thread about this below "Have you heard?" but as you have a decent title for your thread I will post here ;)

Firstly - Thanks Niko - A great release (the best so far for sure) many great additions and fixes. Though I didn't see on the changelist anything about fixing the loading of my3d files from an archive (which you said you had put on your list)... but I can live with that for now, the other stuff makes up for it!

Thanks again Niko, gonna have fun with this build (after I have worked all my custom code back into it lol)..

I guess most europeans are in bed about now, and the US are just getting in from Work.. because I expect a lot of excitment over this release.. :)

Fun fact: In Canada (GMT-5) it's currently 6:30PM on November 30th. On the main page, Irrlicht is said to have been released on December 1st.

IT'S THE FUTURE!!!...or something...

I noticed that too, where i live UK, theres still 2 minutes left of november yet.

It must be Dec. 1 where Niko lives.
That's ok tho, I'm home, have Irrlicht 0.14.0 43% downloaded, getting 3.18kb/s and climbing. Can't wait to check this one out. Hopefully the OGL transperancy problem has been fixed. :) I'm all :) :) anyway. :)

at least some of the mirrors seemed to be synced now, getting it at 28k/s on the internap server

EDIT: just finished it at 120 on the heatnet server 8)

It looks like everything I wanted fixed got fixed. :) eccept for the particle system bugs. :D I still have a meteor flying overhead when my app starts. :D
