Hi all!

I don't know, what i'm doing wrong. I've beeen reading forums and websites concerning .x export from 3Ds MAX 5, but no use. I cannot find any answer to my problem.
Ok, the situation is the following: i want to export a model with bones (no ik, only skin) to x with Panda, to use it under Irrlicht. I rig the model right. I even give it an animation, which looks fine, but when I open it in Irrlicht, everything looks weird. As if the bones would have moved somewhere else. It's the same thing for MeshViewer. I included here some links to the animation.

These are the pictures of a "finger" in MAX 5. Used 3 bones and 1 Editable Mesh (no boolean, or anything on the stack, just Ed.Mesh and Skin)

And this is what I got in Irrlicht and under MeshViewer:

I couldn't find a post concerning this problem, so now I'm desperate...

Please, help! Please, plaase, please :(

well... I was about to say the usual stuff... like make it one piece etc, until I actually looked at the screenshots. I have no idea what can cause that sort of artifact. Show us the envelopes please... oh, and watch out for painting the weights on the vertices, it's know for non-working right.

Sorry, for not having answered sooner, but I had a lot of things to do for Christmas.
Ok. The envelopes look like this:

I hope this will help...
