Irrlicht recompile

Hi
I found very good updates in forums, but I can`t recompile Irrlicht with these updates due the problems with compiler.
Can someone recompile Irrlicht 0.4.2 with these updates ? (in MSVC)
I mean these updates :
Maniditaly MD3 Loader
Fog support (DX and OPENGL)
AVI Loader
EditBox (this update is not necessary but it will be good)

I can use DLLs and LIBs compiled in MSVC

oh I forgot one thing
in the forum were some messages about dropdown console GUI element but I dont know how to do it
