Irrlicht has a bugtracker at SourceForge. It's not very well maintained, though. But it could be used for the purpose and when having a dedicated admin it coudl be even useful. Right now it's quite chaotic. Introducing a new bugtracker would not help much, I guess, a better solution would be to have Niko assign the admin task of the exsiting tracker to someone else.

TRAC seems to be a realy nice one for open-source projects. Maybe Niko can take a look!
Trac is an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects.

Trac uses a minimalistic approach to web-based software project management. Our mission; to help developers write great software while staying out of the way. Trac should impose as little as possible on a team’s established development process and policies.

All aspects of Trac have been designed with one single goal, to simplify tracking and communication of software issues, enhancements and monitoring overall progress.
What is Trac?

* An integrated system for managing software projects
* An enhanced wiki
* A flexible web-based issue tracker
* An interface to the Subversion revision control system

PR Tracker would be nice - not that it's good (or free) but I used it for ages when I worked in the industry (QA), I could fill it up in no time and do resolves/reverifies like no tommorow ;)
