Does the 0.4.1 version of irrlicht will contain an example of how to integrate ODE with IrrLicht

No, sorry.
I only write new tutorials and updated examples in "big" releases like 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, ... There are no tutorials in small releases with three numbers (0.3.5, 0.4.1, ..) , because it would be to much work.
Also, I do not plan to create an ODE example in at least the next 3 months because a lot will change in the engine until then.

Did you find out if the attaching scenenodes to the camera was a bug?
