collision between model and model.Please Help!

i don't know sourcecode collision between model(.X file) and model(.X file). Please Help tell code VC++ me.
maybe the easiest method ist to check whether
the distance between the 2 models is smaller than
a certain value. It is inaccurate but works very well.
