dev c++ template help

hi can someone help me make a dec c++ template.
at first i downloaded a dev pack of irrlicht 0.14 then i found versoin 1 was out so i downloaded it.
this is how the template looked for irrlicht 0.14
can someone convert this for me thanks in advance
irrlicht is located at C:\irrlicht-1.0
