If you are trying to make Sci-fi-version of counterstrike why dont you do this by creating a mod for half-life1/2 ???

Or... uh... maybe a mod of Counterstrike? That seems more obvious than Half-Life 1/2. 
Anyway, I'm not saying you shouldn't try and make the game. Go for it.
