is irrlicht.net ready for making product?

I find using vc 6.0 is hard to connect to ado.net!
So, I wonder if I can use C# or managed c++ ?
and the topic question?

I wish to use C# more because the other part of the system is .net based, and ado.net is much more productive than other data-interface.

So, If irr using C# is stable enough for industrial use, I would choose Irrlicht.Net then.
