why not create a simple challenge by team and with different difficulty level.
I explain:
1/ Create a story board : all team have the same ideas for make the game ( but different view to do it
)2/ For the story, 3 level of difficulty with 3 sort of effect ( named a packet )
3/ A packet go to one member of the team of the same level ( by the way the minimal team is composed of 3 member : beginer, intermediate and advenced )
4/ The reason of this team composition is the beginer could learn more with two other who are advanced and sometime the beginer have hard idea that the two other could do due to the difficulty ( i mean
)5/ Send email for all irrlicht user ... and the irrlicht user could compose their team together.
6/ make the contest 1 per year with sponsor
