noob question on newton: NewtonBodySetForceAndTorqueCallback

i know this is a stupid question, but im just new to c++ and newton. im reading every tutorial i find about newton, but i just cant understand what are those callback functions "NewtonBodySetTransformCallback" and "NewtonBodySetForceAndTorqueCallback". what are they used for?
