I haven't looked through the info properly, which I'll probably get flamed for. So I apologise. And I probably have the wrong forum. So I apologise.

(Btw, I've looked over some source and am amazed at how simple the engine is to use.. *thumbs up*)

Does the irrlicht engine have normal map support? (I noticed that bump mapping is only in planning stages, so I was just wondering).

When I get round to actually starting my project, I'll probably be using irrlicht anyway, but I was just wondering about normal mapping, since it allows the graphics you'd get from high poly models using low poly models. (I'm not a graphics over gameplay guy, but it'd just be a cool extra).

Nope, sorry. But it is planned, as well as lots of other thins too. :)
