Borland Turbo Explorer

Hi all,
I just visited Borland page and found any new development tools:

Since I understood these tolls are free only Pro version are paid.
Because I've tested Irrlicht with Borland development studio, suppose that is not very hard to make Irrlicht port for C++Turbo explorer when I'm back.
