Developer forum?

Post by Tels »

Now that we have a bug forum, maybe we should/could also have a developer forum, where people that hack at irrlicht itself, or port it, or enhance it, can post and discuss things?

I know I had some things to post there :)

Just an idea,

What is this? "ask-Niko-to-add-a-new-forum-week"? :D
Seriously, i think it would be good. Not that i hack the irrlicht source so much myself. But i could start... and add any fun-looking patch that might turn up in this forum. :)

Wouldn't this be the same as "Advanced Help"?
Crud, how do I do this again?

Yes, or a mixture of 'oepn discussion', 'advanced help' and 'howtos'. :)

"Yes, or a mixture of 'oepn discussion', 'advanced help' and 'howtos'. "

Which makes it kinda hard to track :)

Also, therre is a difference between people just using Irrlicht (what I think Advanced help is for) and actually working on it. (Yes, Niko, I know you want to work onit alone :o)

Cheers,
