1. What is the best level editor that fully supported with irrlicht engine (is
that free) ?
2. Can I create animated model with .obj files

1. Irrlicht supports Qeradiant and yes it's free.
2. Don't Know.

I don't think .obj supports animations, no. .MD2 and .X are the formats youll need for animation in irrlicht

MS3D do animations also.
