Irrlicht Engine

Now.....for some reason. most of those who have dev c++ are apparently not making anything with it, which is frustrating the heck out of me, because there are differences in it and the other compilers( i thought the iso compliance thing was to take care of that? what happened????) my question is....can i actually make a game with dev c++ and irrlicht?

Sure you can. The only restriction using Dev-C++ is that currently only the OpenGL and Software driver are working with it, no D3D support. And it would be absolutely no problem to create a game with it.

I'm sure D3D will be added in version 0.5, isn't it?

but...you do see my frustration....right? and thanks...i'll continue to support and use irrlicht
