Problem with Folders?

I am using Dev C++ and i am having trouble with pictures, meshes, and levels loading from folders. They work fine in the base folder, but any sub folders do not work. Thanks.

PS The folders work when i hard code them, is their any way to have like a command that finds the app's path and uses that folder?
