Hi,
i'm looking for a little program, that can makes me a map out of a black and white picture, what have on this point this black and on another point for example a more brightly black (gray or something like this) for the Heights of an Object. Is it possible and if it is where can i get this program or the name of the prog?

What you want (I think) is height mapping. Irrlicht supports loading Heightmaps nativly (grayscale images) But you can also model them in many applications.
To do it in irrlicht use SceneManager->addTerrainSceneNode()

Paid for programs include Bryce ( http://www.daz3d.com/program/bryce/ ) and Vue... Bryce is cheaper but both offer good quality artwork nad integration with other 3D apps. But most jobs can be done the the free tools mentioned on this forum.

'freeware terrain editor'
