Irrlicht Engine

I thinked and i think up cool think. IrrLicht is very cool Engin but somebody dont know C++ so good. Why somebody who write finished game(with menu,save,mission,phisic and music)can not publish this game for all beginners to explain how to make game. Even people who dont know C++ can just change some, code,maps, music and he had a game - and he is a happy.I think is very good idea and IrrLicht will most popular.
I know that are peple who dont want publish own game i understand this.
Are Tutorials - i know but tutorial dont explain how to make a save and mission
