distortion and smears in directx 9 version of render

distortion and smears in directx 9 version of render

I compiled a test for a game I am starting to code and this is what I got in a render when running the game. You see blurs, weird stretcing and funny bars, that I dont remember seeing when I was using version 0.5 of the engine:

I noticed though in version 0.5 that I did see the same white line at the top of the skybox.
