When i try to use the examples with DirectX9 the control shows an error when trying to release Directx, Then I can't close the program, or use my mouse in any application to try to close the application.
I end up restarting my computer.
Windows 2000
Visual C++ 6.0
SIS 630/730 chipset
I've only just begun using the engine. This problem asside though I'm impressed.

I replied on my Game Maker forum but here to it shall be
Alt F4 is how you close it.
This is because sometimes people want the Esc key to load up a menu, not exit a program.
If anyone wants to post an explanation for why the mouse is taken over though, I'd love to to read it. It would be great if we could still use the mouse for normal things outside the window.
