Hi,

A few months ago, I started to work with the Irrlicht-Engine. I noted that there is no big german Irrlicht-Community. So especial german beginners would have problems with learning Irrlicht.

So, in January 2007, I decided to found a german Irrlicht-Community.

I bought the Domain http://www.irrlicht3d.de and started to develop the Website. Its not finished yet, but I think I am so far, that I can tell you the adress.
Of corse there is a board, but also a Project-Section, where you can upload your Screens and present your Projects. The screenshot-gallery is finished yet, the projects-gallery will follow soon. Other users can comment and rate the screenshots and Projects.

I hope, that we can build a real community, where german Users can ask for help with Irrlicht.

Its very important to say, that it shouldn't be a competition to this Forum, but a "extension".

I am looking for two moderators now, who help me to work with this community.

I invite all german users to become a part of the community, of corse users from other countries, too.
So please visit http://www.irrlicht3d.de.

PS: I know, my English isn't very good, beacause I learned it only in school.

well imo the irrlicht community is too small to split up in different communities...

Its a very good idea I think!
Many people have problems with the english language especially in the forums. So I think a german board could help them very much.
